If any outfit describes 2003, I would have to say it's this one. It's simple and sexy. I like to take fabrics and turn them inside out. In other words, I like to make clothing out of fabric that is non-traditional. This fabric is actually a PVC vinyl. Some may call it Patent Leather. Usually reserved for "stripper gear" and "fetish wear", I found that this fabric is very versatile and comfortable to the wearer. It can be rather difficult to sew, but I like the look. The color is actually a light tan or Khaki.
Look for more PVC Vinyl in hot and exciting colors in 2003. The scene dedicated to this fabric is called "Motorcycle Chics"
