Black Business....

For the past two years, I've purchased cars from a small independent black owned dealership. And I've heard all the pros and cons... Big dealerships have bigger and better cars, or big dealerships give you better quality, but bigger isn't always better. I've purchased cars from big dealerships, and none of them gave me better service then my favorite small one. Don't get me wrong, there were very polite, but they didn't show me respect. Those big dealerships didn't respect my intelligence, didn't respect money and didn't respect my business. When I went to the small dealership, it was all about honesty. Well at least for me. It was this is what we can do, now either you can or you cant. But if you can't right now, that's cool. But keep us in mind when you can. Respect is what keeps your customers coming back. Recently I purchased a car and I had to deal with both a small and a big dealership to finish the deal. Long story.... But in the end, it all worked out. But to be honest, I don't think I'll ever go to a big dealership again. I wanna keep my money in black...
