Breakfast....


A year or so ago, I made an entry in my old blogger about breakfast. And many questioned it... It's no hidden message, it's just breakfast. When I was younger, I never ate breakfast. Now I can't imagine a day without it. And whether your breakfast is Atkins friendly or carb-loaded, it's essential to your diet... Now I know your momma always told you to eat breakfast and you were like yeah yeah yeah... But she was so right. Did you know if you eat a healthy breakfast, then you'll be least likely to eat as much through out your day... And also, breakfast gives your mind and body energy. Of course I wouldn't recommend a breakfast with a lot of sugar. But a breakfast that contains grain, fruit and protein sounds like a great way to start off your day. In this society folks are on some I hate food kick... Why is it cool to be hungry??? This country throws away more food then some countries eat.... Obesity comes from over eating not essential eating. So make sure you eat those three square meals a day. And yes that includes the dieters.... I know your diet plan calls for some sought of breakfast, even if it's light. I've found the key to losing weight is low fat and low carb.... At least that's what worked for me. Try it and see what happens. You have nothing to lose but the weight... Until next time...
